|
My regular walking companion, Jim, is recovering from a minor operation
on his knee so we opted for a short flat route today. It was a gloomy
damp sort of day and we drove to the excellent park-and-ride facility
on the edge of town and got the bus into the town centre. The walk starts
at Bootham Bar in the York City wall.
